If you are lucky enough to find the two bar stools that overlook the wood-burning oven empty and can talk you way into them you are in for a real treat. Care and attention to detail is the only way I can describe the Polish chef (the dad) that has masterminded the family run restaurant (along with his wife who runs the service side). The chef has brought his ancient wood oven technique from Poland. It is a real treat to watch how the meals are prepared and cooked and how wonderful they look and smell when they are freshly pulled from the oven. If you are curious and the chef is in the right mood he will explain how he cooks in detail. The truth is, he is so focused on his cooking... chatting seems to be a bit of a distraction to him. The menu has a good variety of choices and the quality of the meals are excellent. The prices are reasonable. I had a wonderful experience and expect most people to leave the restaurant as fully satisfied as my wife and I did!
