They are neighbors of mine. The IPA is excellent and so is the Pizza etc.

Great place to grab a drink and catch up with friends. I thought their house beer was excellent.

Had a rehersal dinner there in March, 2011 for my son's wedding. The food and service was excellent. It provided a relaxed atmosphere and we had a number of things to pick from on a revolving casual buffet from pizza to wraps to wings. The price was very reasonable and you did get your money's worth. Everyone had a great time and I will definitly go back.

I'm from the Northern Plains and stopped in after a long day at one of the larger local manufacturers. This is a nice place in an interesting building. The Staff was attentive, the food is good. The patio adjacent the brewhouse is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the brew lacks a touch of balance. And really this is common in the Northeast, they tend to maltey. The ales are also bit dark, for example the Pale Ale is nearly brown, and very mild chocolate in flavor. I'm not a hop head, my home IPA is 45-50 IBU. But these brews can use just a bit more bittering. An few ounces of Magnum, Northern Brewer or Simcoe as aroma hops will go along way to making these good brews excellant.

Went New Years Day and the entire experience was wonderful!!! Love the ambiance, service was great and the food was delicious!!! Went when they first reopened and had the same experience only with delightful live entertainment. Will definitely go back!!!

It should be noted that the 2006 reviews no longer apply as the Van Dyck has new owners!! They have done some tasteful remodeling. Good selections of beers, good food and good service AND music is back!! My friends and I are looking forward to the jazz tribute this Friday.

Service was fair ,food was medicore,way over priced and the place is dirty, worn and not handicap friendly. This restaurant is very over rated.
