Ralph's Tavern, Albany

Passing through the Albany area and read the reviews on Yahoo. The food was excellent, lot of choices and priced right. Clams were awesome. Definitely recommend and would eat there again if I pass through!

Heard many great things about this long standing restaurant. We gave it a try and were very impressed. The menu featured many choices. Their sauce is excellent and everything is priced accordingly. Add this place to your rotation for fine Italian food.

As good as the previous reviews would indicate. Went there because of the reviews on this site and was totally satisfied. Great food, service, and prices.

fantastic food and servers!! Lots of state and federal workers go here because of the value and good company.. Doesn't look like much but it is a very good place to eat-- Italian food rocks at this place.

The best bang for your buck, period. I always bring my friends here when they visit from out-of-town, which never disappoints! I was skeptical that standards would slip when the restaurant changed hands not so long ago. However, Mr. Fagan has kept with the original recipe for success! HUGE portions are the norm here. The pizza isn't New York, however it is damn tasty! Watch for the specials... the fried fish on Fridays is great value. Shame that they don't have a better selection of draught beers. Coors Light and the like is terrible. :( I forgot the mention their wings! Not as good as Junior's, but one of the best in the area! Get yourself here now!

Great service!!! Great food and good prices! If you want pizza, ask for Marinara sauce and Cesar salad with sirloin is fabulous!

I have had the occasion on numerous trips to dine at Ralph's and have found that it's a great place for the menu selection, food preparation, and value. Italian dishes are their forte'. Portions are plentiful, you'll be taking a doggie bag most likely. You may have to wait for seating without a reservation...
