Nice to see that my hometown hasn't changed. I have often wondered why I live elsewhere in the country. This appears to be one more wonderful example why I am an expatriate Hoosier. Thanks for the warning if i ever come back. -- Rick in SC
Great place to get a quick piece of pizza with a great crust. I usually like the crust a bit thicker but this is as close to our family Italian crust as I have gotten. They have a few types to choose from already done up so you don't have to wait. It's $1.50 a slice and the slices are very large. I have the 3 cheese and was stuffed after one slice. Yummy
I didn't think the pizza was all that bad. For the price, they could however put more of the toppings on though, kinda skimpy. But the real disappointment came when I tried other menu items. First, garlic bread with cheese. Sounds pretty simple, trouble is they soaked the bread in wing sauce. I know because I asked. I'd like to know what genius thought that up. Second mistake was ordering a sausage parm sub. Nothing strange on this, but it was burnt to a krisp. Tonights mistake was a philly steak and cheese. Now I've had these in resturants from here to Florida, including the original Pats in Philadelphia, and NOBODY I know of puts a teryaki and wostershire sauce, or sauce of ANY kind on a philly cheese steak. ESPECIALLY WITHOUT WARNING THE CUSTOMER that whatever wannabe chef impersonater has coated your order in some strange concoction he dreamed up. Needless to say, 3 strikes, I wont be going back.
