Restauranteur Zach Erdem has assembled a great team from Chef Walter Hinds, to the bartenders on the hi energy fun weekends when the restaurant transforms into the hotspot for dance music (i was there on Jamaican night + there was great turnout til 4am). Packed for Brunch + fabulous people watching (Leonardo di Caprio, Chelsea Handler, Mickey Rourke, Ramona Singer, Kevin Bacon) : this spot is IT for Southamptonites! Now also in Delray Beach, FL!

I have been to 75 Main about 10 times over the last few years - mostly for lunch. I think it is consistently mediocre. The menu isn't interesting and the salmon is unusually fishy and greasy. That last salad I had there about 5 days ago was full of stale brown lettuce. Not ever great.

Bit of a pinch to the wallet but you do seem to get what you pay for. The food and wines were excellent and the atmosphere upscale while lacking the snoot factor. Friendly, sophisticated and if mentioned when you're back in Manhattan, people will know exactly which restaurant you meant without remembering the name.
