Bay & Main Restaurant & Lounge, Greenport

We visited Bay and Main tonight (7/28/07) - we've been there several times over the years. My wife claimed that there had been a change of management, she knew I had serious reservations about going back. Briefly: lousy service, started with dirty glasses, dirty silverwave, very slow kitchen (1 hr 15 min to get appetizers and they weren't busy). Fairly expensive. You're a lot better off going to Fifth Season if you can get in. I offer no explanation as to why Bay and Main remains in business, it can't be repeat customers. Must be unsuspecting tourists....
