EDGEWATER RESTAURANT, Hampton Bays

This is my favorite restaurant! I love the food, penne a la mimo is awesome. The view and service are great.

We have been going to the Edgewater for several years. The the food is always great. We like the fish dishes, and the chicken. Salads are very good. Portions are large. Love the roasted vegies. The sauce is flavorful with just the right spices. Service is prompt and cheerful. The view from on the deck in the summer is relaxing and the sunsets are wonderful. One of our most favorite places in the Hamptons.

It was my first time at Edgewater and i could not believe how tasty the food was. Their was a great selection of wine! i got the salmon with a side on garlic mashed potatoes! i fell in love with those creamy potatoes. the overall experience was awesome! l am defiantly coming back!

Edgewater resturant is well named for its on the edge of Shinnecock bay.the veiw is enticing as well as the food. The appetizer of crab cakes are great along with a nice bottle of wine from the extensive list.Or have one of many wines by the glass at a decent price. The main coarse can be one of the nitely specials or off the menu . A lovely piece of Filet Mignon Au Poivre or some linguinette clam sauce,(chopped clams,chrushed red pepper,roasted garlic&extra virgin olive oil) or a nice piece of fish like Parmesan & Rosemary Crusted Cod . the food is cooked to your liking. The waitstaff does their best to make everyone have a good time. John the owner was brought up in the resturant buisness(Conca Doro)Sag Harbor L.I He oversees the whole opperation. its the only way to guarentee my customers are satisfied.

Best kept secret of the Hamptons! Food was awesome...service was friendly and down to earth. Great views of the bay with great wines to go along with the cuisine. Loved the stuffed lobster with seafood and my husband enjoyed the pasta al mimo! Will definitely return.

Just ate there tonight. The outdoor dining experience was great, with an awesome view of the bay. The food and service was amazing. And oh yeah go early for the 2 for 1, it's a great deal!

The food and service was great. Be sure to try the tuna appetizer and the filet. Will definitely return.

A nice view but not Italian as suggested-gravy could have been Aunt Millies.

It was our first visit to this restaurant and it was excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. The bruchetta appetizer and tuna entree were perfect.

The drinks took forever and the waitress was barely there. The water view was not as nice as I thought it would be either.
