Conveniently located on main street, surrounded by parking space, Pierre's restaurant is easy to reach. The space is decorated in a St Barth spirit, with large windows that let the sun shine in during the day, and elegantly decorated with white curtains at night.The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, elegant but relaxed, a place to see and to be seen. Our private library room is available for parties from 10 to 20 guests. Perfect for family reunion, birthday parties or just sharing a good time with your friends. We serve dinner until 10pm during the week and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Pierre's cuisine is french oriented, using local purveyors. The menu changes several time during the year as it follows the season. For you, the chef prepares every night a special, as well as a prix fixe menu. WEDDINGS at Pierre's :Minutes from the ocean, Pierre's will welcome your family and friends. We can curtail our space in various ways that will welcome from as low as 10 to about 200 persons. And every time you will feel like at home.Our private library can accommodate up to 20 persons. It is the ideal space for your bridal shower party, bachelorette party or rehearsal dinner. This room can also be extended to accommodate a larger group up to 50 and still enjoy your privacy. For larger gatherings, Pierre's can sit up to 125 guests or about 200 guests for a cocktail party.Our chef can work out a large variety of choices, according to your requests and budget. THE BAR: By choice, there is no TV at Pierre's. Sorry. But you can enjoy a drink with your friends and one of the thing that will distract them, is the scene...Happy hours are served from 5 to 8 pm, sometime later depending on the barman. Go figure... Later in the night, the bar becomes definitively the gathering place to relax, drink, play and meet people. The music is euro, and if you get up on your chair and dance, we'll turn the volume up! PIERRE'S PATISSERIE: Pierre Weber, a fifth generation of pastry chef, has begun to serve "Petit Dejeuner Parisien". Using family recipes, Pierre has created a morning menu that is at once indulgent and light.Brioches, croissants, chocolate croissants, cheese Danish, almond brioches are just a few of the treats served warm from the oven beginning at 8 am and all throughout the day. The "Patisserie" also displays a mouth-watering selection of extravagant Napoleon, luscious fruit tarts, decadent chocolate cakes, crunchy elephant ears and much more!!!Home made ice creams are available all day long until 10pm.
