Majestic Diner, Westbury

YIKES this place was horrible despite all the really good reviews, mabye they were just having a bad day or something. The seating was really comfortable there was dust,dirt, and flies on the windowsill though. They have a huge menu which is pretty typical for a diner and from what I could see they have a specialty in greek food. My boyfriend ordered the french toast and sausage it came out looking really good its a big fat peice of french toast but he couldnt even finish it he said it tasted frozen burnt not freshly made and was soggy he thought they might have put it in the microwave. I ordred the grilled veggie panini the bread was barely toasted and my veggies had a horrible taste like they were old. The fries were really good though. I got a side salad too it was just regular iceberg with 4 tomatoes on the side what a salad for 6.95. I only ate 2 bites of the panini and my boyfriend didnt even finish one piece of the french toast and we didnt take any of it home waste of 33 dollars to me.

When taking our son to nearby Hofstra University, where he is a freshman, our family was looking a dining establishment where they offered good quality food; variety of food for every palate; all at reasonably prices. We found one at Majestic Diner. They are open 24 hours, and you can order anything on the menu (breakfast) all times of the day. Menu is large and entrees endless. Portions are large. Service is attentive. They are busy from breakfast to dinner. We'll visit Majestic Diner again.
