Di Fara has a good slice, better than average. Dom has been there for what seems to be forever. The place has not changed much from when I was a kid. Dom has a GREAT sauce! The worst part about Di Fara is it's terribly dirty. I haven't been there since the numerous health department closings, but the only constant over the decades that I've know this place is the sauce is great, Dom is the nicest of individuals, but his place is filthy. There are lines, 1 slice easy 30 minute wait. - Calling ahead also doesn;t help, it's still an hour wait for call ins. Dom's legacy is the fact that he's been there for so long, and so many pizza places have been sold or are now run by non italians, Dom is authentic and attracts MANY tourists. DiFara get's good press, which drives people to his door step to try his food, even when they were shut down for D.O.H violations, The press made him out to be a victim...
