This restaurant brings one of Manhattan's hottest culinary trends-market fresh food-to Brooklyn's upscale Park Slope neighborhood. The small space features a decor that is bright and sophisticated, with wooden chairs and red tables. The crowd consists of well-heeled locals, who have turned this eclectic restaurant into one of the neighborhood's hottest eating spots. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, so the menu varies according to what is in season, but the focus is on New American cooking with Middle Eastern influences. The restaurant opens daily at 5: 00 p.m. for dinner. Please visit the website for further details.
Hey, take a look at this. I went into the draw to win an iPad2 and won! All I did was choose a colour, submit my email and two days later I found out I won! They're still giving them away, check out freeipodoffers.com!
This is the hot spot in brooklyn. Great food, good service and what a bargain. Perfect place for a date or to show off to your parents. Market fresh ingredients excuted perfectly. The chef what a babe!
This is a restaurant that has consistently excellent food and a lay back friendly atmosphere. The chef, Ethan Kostbar, is always at the top of his game whether with new additions or old favorites, and makes the most of using fresh local ingredients . The place is small and intimate and the service people are extremely accomodating. The owner knows a lot about wine and can make good pairing suggestions. Rosewater is a 4-star restaurant in a neighborhood place's clothing.
This is the perfect place to have an intimate dinner with friends or significants. It's the perfect balance of casual and fine dining. The food is amazing--creative, seasonal, always delicious and beautifully presented. I am shocked more people don't flock here, but you can usually walk in on a weeknight. On weekends, make a reservation to be safe. The chef, Ethan Kostbar, is very cool and approachable. If you really want a treat, ask him to just cook for you and sit back as you get a 5 or 6 course tasing menu of his own design. The prices aren't cheap, but dishes are appropriately priced for what they are: sheer culinary delight. The waitstaff is amazingly friendly, laidback but on point, and the atmosphere is cozy. Not great for big parties, but you can rent out the whole restaurant for weddings or parties.
This is my favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. The food is fresh and organic, from local farms in the area, and as a result the menu changes with the seasons. Delicious, middle-eastern flavored dishes, perfect-sized portions, and combinations of ingredients that make the mouth water. The service is impeccable; I always feel like I'm their most-valued customer, and so does everyone else. Incredible wine list, too. Highly recommended.
