My fiance and I just had our wedding at the Mansion. I was a little nervous after reading the previous reviews but I worried for nothing. This place is awesome!!!! The food, we did a cocktail buffet party, was plentiful and very yummy. There is a reason the Mansion has been around for so long, they know what they are doing. We looked at over 30 venues before selecting the Mansion and it was the best choice ever. Not only are they caterers, but the family helped me in every aspect of the wedding. They helped with centerpieces, music, lighting, etc... You cannot go wrong by using the Mansion. Other than my husband, it was the BEST choice I made for my wedding.
Please for the love of god stay away from this place. I have worked at this venue three times now and each time I didn t think the owner could be worse. He is the most arrogant person I have ever met in my life, he treats everyone like crap, and he has tried to pull a fast one on every single one of my brides that I have worked with. And then if you call him out on it, he will come through on the original contract and act like he did you a huge favor. He s just MEAN and horrible and why anyone would ever do business with this guy is beyond me. Stay away. The food is HORRIBLE, the staff is ok with the exception of the bartender, and the owner, just needs to retire. He clearly hates owning this place. Dont give him your business, You will be sorry. I absolutely will refuse to work here again, ever,.
We had our wedding there...lots of promises ,,but never came through on them...Food looked terrible,,,Whole courses were missing that we were supposed to have..They were short staffed...didn't have enough waiters..or bartenders..people werent being directed to the appropriate event...our guest were led into the wrong dining room..
About ten things were missing from our menu that we were supposed to have..
Our guests couldn't even get milk...when they asked for it..
Bad service,,bad food...very un-organized ...think twice before planning an event there..
