The crowd is very highschoolish thus very childish and ghetto. Their music is limited to rap, hip hop and reggaeton (that's all). Entrance fee is usually cheap and so are drinks but besides that, I would'nt go there again.
What to say about the Jet Set Club and it's employees... They were absolutely fantastic. My 2 sisters and I flew in from Hawaii and San Francisco for my birthday. The gift was the opportunity to see my favorite group play which was Aventura. They were scheduled to play Friday 11/5/2007. We got in Thursday 11/4 and called to pick up our tickets. We were then informed by Electro (the DJ) the concert was cancelled. He had no idea why they cancelled, and had no obligation to us, but invited us to their Mardi Gras party that night where he completely hooked us up, despite us not seeing Aventura. I've contacted Johnny M. (Aventura's manager) and never got so much as an email saying sorry, here are some other dates, or anything.. So, I say Mahalo Nui Loa Electro (Thank You Very Much Electro) for repping the Bronx. Trust and believe, as a frequent visitor to New York City, the Jet Set Cafe and their employees will always get my money..
