Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse Incorporated, Staten Island

this is the worst place i ever ate at.First to start off it took 1hr 20min to get seated..second i went into the bathroom i seen a couple of mice..i will never reccomend to eat at this resturant if it was the last place on the island.

It is my first time to this restaurant. It is not what I expected, the service is terrible. From the moment I sat down, I told the waiter we need a extra plate. Until the chef came to the table for preparing the food, the plate is still not here. In addition, I have a ask three times to get a napkin and a chopstick. Also no one comes back to ask for adiitional drink. I have to call the waiter few times to get it. Overall experience is poor for such a well known restaurant. I think the management should do a better job.

I love hibachi, and everyone who knows me knows I do. I used to go to Arirang until the last few times I've had problems. They've spilled food and literally knocked my friend off his chair with a soda being spilled all over me and him and they did nothing. The next time we went to celebrate my birthday and we had a long wait at the table for the person to bring drinks. We had to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks the entire night, the show -- is not a show, he just cooked and didnt do anything special. We complained to the manager, but he didnt seem to care. So I do not go back, we go to Mizu in Tottenville, the food is better and so is the ambiance and they can cook with fire.

I've tried other places and always come back Gotta have the Zombies! Red bean ice creme!
