Certo's is by far the best pork store on the island. The chicken cordon blue balls are perfect round balls stuffed with great ham and melt in your mouth swiss cheese. The fried Ravioli's are filled with a creamy ricotta and are fried to perfection. The meatballs were very meaty and were just the right size. The fresh mozzarella w/ basil was so flavorful and so fresh it was the highlight of our Saturday afternoon lunch. The homemade sauce was a bit runny but other than that everything was execellent. I will only go to Certo's for all of our Italian cravings from now on.
