I love blake and todd. the reason its expensive b/c its in new york. besides, their french toast is the bomb!!! And the cook i met that took my order was extremely nice! I definitely reccomend it! if i could I would live off their french toast...and besides its fairly cheap for the big helping they give you.
I called Blake & Todd to get an order delivered to me on 2/20/08 at 3:30pm. The waitress who answered the phone started barking questions at me, hardly waiting to hear the answer. I also had to repeat myself several times for her to understand the information. She was not polite, but very short and abrupt with me. After I couldn't take it anymore, I just sighed in exhaustion and hung up the phone. Guess what? 30 seconds later she called me back....and then SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I admit that I wasn't polite to hang up, but I had been polite our entire conversation. I would have never thought that someone would pull a gutter trash move by calling me back...just so I can hear the phone slam.
Biggest rip off in midtown!!!!
Who charges $1.35 for a can of soda???????? Next time you stop in, check out their restroom facilities on the second floor... there, you'll find of of the salad fixings outside of the restroom... UNREAL!
