I wouldn t mind the huge portions, if the food was good. But you buy this overpriced humongous sandwich, and you have to force feed it to yourself. There are many other authentic delis around, find one. Don t waste your money at this tourist trap.

Big tourist trap, bathrooms dirty, not children friendly, staff not helpfull and rude, ...$25.00 for a huge Reuben sandwich that I could not eat. Not worth it..stay away.

Crab cake sandwhich is too big and too bland. Surly staff and overpriced. Never going back!

Worst food ever!! The spagetti was the most awful one I had in my life. Cheap silverware, plastic cup to serve beer. Not recommended for anyone.

OOHH MYYY GOD!!!!!!!! How big can a sandwich be. Four of us shared 2 corned beef sandwiches......then had it wrapped up to take back to ur hotel. We're definitely heading back for lunch and breakfast during our stay in New York, not only because of the great food, but we met the manager, Sammy, oooh myy god!!! he looks like Clark Gable.

The most disgusting dining experience I have ever had in all my travels in the USA. Food was burnt and disgracefully presented, the drinks were delivered with contents running down the glasses, and they were literally dumped on the table as the waiter flew past. Would not recommend eating their even to pigs.

The best cheesecake. I am looking into having one shipped to me for the holidays. Menu is a bit pricey, but the portions are large enough to share.

My family went to Maxie's for dinner and we loved it. In fact we back for a second time to try the breakfast. Loved that too. It was all good with big serving sizes! Go a little early to beat the crowd. Our first waiter was great! The 2nd server wasn't that good. Overall we enjoyed all our food.

Absoutely the WORST dining experience ever!!!!HORRIBLE service and the food was tasteless. It was so bad I got a pretzel from the guy on the corner outside of the restaurant - the pretzel was SOOOO much better than the crap they served inside the restaurant. Took forever to be served drinks, the food came out at totally different times (5 - 7 mins between) and we were a party of TWO. Run away, FAST!!! Don't waste your time or your money here!!!!
