High prices and low quality customer service
My aunt and I had taken the afternoon together to see a Broadway show... After, we searchd for a place with a dessert menu and restroom... Upon entering we took notice of the wide variety of specialties.. and then informed the gentlemen(term used loosely) that we would be customers after a short visit to the facilities. He screamed back an explanation that unless we were customers, we could not use the bathroom. I then repeated that we WOULD be customers, and received the same response.. So my aunt took a seat and I proceeded upstairs to the bathroom. Just then there was a loud bang on the door. I thought that it was my aunt, so I unlocked the door... It was one of the gentlemen behind the counter. He blocked the door open and stated that I could not use the bathrrom unless I was a customer. I attempted to shut the door while telling him that I would be a customer after I use the restroom. He pulled me out by my arm and kept repeating that if I was not a customer, I could not use the bathroom. He followed me down the stairs and made sure that I exited the establishment.
It is very sad that an establishment who charges so much cannot deliver respect. Actually, respect should be free of charge. Any establishment with such horrific standards of customer service should not expect to hear a satisfaction report... Sorry to disappoint.
