Very authentic food, warm, friendly staff.
The bread was delicious, food served hot and very tasty. Very easy to over eat and we had no room for dessert! The Chianti was special. If I lived and worked nearby, this would be an everyday lunch for me. A must stop for the New York visitor, go for lunch unless you have reservations for dinner.
My husband and I recently visited this restaurant. The food and service was superb. It is everything that an awesome Italian restaurant should be. The service was outstanding. This will definitely be a stop on our yearly visits to NY!
Nanni's is one of the hidden gems in NY. The small Italian restaurant is not fancy, but the food is some of the best in NYC. The choices range from simple to more extravagant. Prices are fair and service is excellent. You need to try the nanni sauce even if it is just an appetizer portion of pasta. This is the place to impress business associates and friends with a simple ambience yet excellent unpretentious dining experience.
