This is a Tex-Mex restaurant with a theme that also doubles up as a sort of metropolitan museum of cowgirl memorabilia. There are pictures and mementos of cowgirls, rodeo stars and country singers everywhere, and a popular gift shop. This is a fun-filled family spot, but it gets rather noisy. The food is made up of fajitas, nachos, catfish, ribs, Chicken Fried Steaks, Chuck Wagon Chili, Texas Onion Loaf, Enchiladas and Chops, margaritas and pearly gates (pina coladas).
This is a Tex-Mex restaurant. The decor leaves lots to be desired, but the food is really good. I had a chance to enjoy brunch with some good friends. Cowgirl is great place to enjoy good food with either friends or family.
We had a birthday party dinner there, the food was average at best. The service was horrible, the hostess was rude, the waitress was unattentive. If the food was great, maybe we would have excused the service. But overall, the food wasn't even that good. Needless to say, we will not go back there.
