This popular old-time Italian restaurant attracts tourists and locals looking for a taste of Little Italy's past. Offering good, standard fare at modest prices, outstanding service and the type of throwback ambiance one can only find in an old building like this one, it is a rare bargain for New York. Outdoor and sidewalk seating are available. Pastas like ravioli and linguine with shrimp are featured, as well as calamari, soft-shelled crab and scungilli (conch). Vincent's rich red sauces, especially one with garlic and oregano, are well admired.
The absolute best for italian food in the big apple. Buy some tomato sauses to go, get the extra hot. All visitors to Little Italy and Chinatown, and absolute must stopping place for either lunch or supper. Stay and eat
if you want to have a dining experience old world style with great food go no further..try the medium sauce on whatever you order and leave room for a conoli and expresso..I've been going here for over 15 years and always leave satisfied !
