Boom Restaurant, New York

I really enjoyed the food. Burst of flavor, smell and taste! The food, caring wait staff and romantic atmosphere was perfect!! There was no pretence. Amazing how a small reataurant could have so much personality.

Wonderful food, service, staff, clientele. You are treated like family when you walk in. The menu has something for everyone, and the sangria(red or white) is delicious!!!!!! There is on other place like it!

My wife and I had dinner at Boom to bring my in my 30th birthday. We arranged for our friends to join us after dinner. Naseem, the manager did a fantastic job of hosting us. We had excellent service (Georgio?) through the dinner and when our friends came in, Naseem set let us play our own music through the night - great times, fantastic ambience and excellent service! We'd love to have more parties there. Dessert was awesome - try their chocolate cake..

While walking around So/Ho during our recent visit my wife, son and I stumbled upon Boom. What initially caught our eye was the decor. Well that got us in and we weren't disappointed. Food and service were great, the waiters were very attentive and made my wifes birthday something to remember....Our 8 year old son was also treated well by the staff and it was a memerable experience for him as well. We will return on our next trip to New York.

Just back from a shopping spree of lower Manhattan with friend and have to say this is a great place to stop, rest your weary bones and have a delightful meal. Have just been there for lunch but I'm sure dinner is great because there is alot of attention to detail with the food...great desserts!

For the prices (in Manhattan), the food is very good. However, I felt very uncomfortable as a solo diner and the waiter hovered unnecessarily.
