Even if you are not a vegetarian you will find this food AMAZING. Great if you want to eat healthy food. Also, really good for brunch on weekends.
I love the burgers for dinner, the japanese plates and the scrambled tofu for breakfast. Avoid the whole grain pancakes though, the need a bit more flavor.
The salad is great, specially the carrot-ginger dressing on it, fat free as well!
I would pass on the dessert though, unless you are really into tofu flavored sweets.
Quantum Leap is a wonderful place to eat; I love it so much! I take all my good friends there (old and new). I was there with a friend yesterday! The menu has variety, full of truly delicious food that is healthfully prepared and reasonably priced. If you think vegetarian food can't taste good, you're wrong, and you have to visit Quantum Leap. Check the chalk board for daily specials and desserts. Oh, the desserts... They're off the hook! My ultimate fave is their tiramisu...so dreamy, so divine, mmmmmm... Their water is filtered, and the fruit smoothies are very tasty.
The staff is friendly, pleasant and willing to offer recommendations. They're now on Thompson Street (less that two minutes away from the old address) where the ambiance is calm and laid-back. You can really relax there and enjoy yourself over a great meal. Pretty paintings and live plants decorate the place too. I like that a lot.
