We made a dinner reservation before the Eagles concert at MSG. The host/manager was amazing (we re disappointed we didn t get his name). He seated us immediately even though we were 45 mins early, and comped our desserts even though we were completely satisfied, relaxing and enjoying our evening and drinks, and certainly not in any hurry. We never complained or inquired about timing between courses; it was perfect. Obviously, management was well on top of the kitchen ticket times and paying closer attention to our dining experience than even we were and striving for perfection!. Oh, and the coffee with dessert was the best I ve ever had, even better than my travels to Italy and France! My wife and I both had the Chilean sea bass for dinner. Portions were more than generous, and the seafood was perfectly cooked. Even though we re less than 2 hours away by train, we re already considering future weekend getaways for holidays or concerts at this hotel, and certainly at this restaurant.
We were so pleased with this restaurant. Running late for a concert at MSG, we arrived after having called to cancel our reservations. We were politely seated and assured that we would be served in time for the performance (less then an hour away!).
Sure enough the service was prompt, but not rushed. The staff attending to our needs in a friendly and welcoming fashion.
We would have been pleased at this point simply by being seated and attended to so professionally. However, the food was every bit as good as the service. My wife and I had shrimp cocktail, which was tasty, fresh and served impecably. The lamb chops with mango salsa were great, cooked to perfection.
The wine list seemed reasonably priced, we had a bottle of CA merlot which was very good. I'm not a wine connoisseur.

busy, filled with attractive, young downtowners out on the town. The food is a fusion of Moroccan and French ...
