Vesuvius and water meticulously sourced from local wells to match the pH and mineral balance of the natural spring water in Naples. The menu showcases al forno entrees, house-made pasta, "piccoli piatti" - signature antipasti designed for sharing - and an all-Italian wine list of more than 100 bottles.
