Fedeli's Restaurant, Margate City

I dine out regularly in the AC/Margate/Ventnor area as well as in NYC and Phila every week, but this gem of a restaurant is my favorite. In comparison to the best that these cities have to offer, Fedeli's has the best eggplant, veal and chicken dishes. The food is incredibly good, the prices are below average for the quality, and it's a BYO (!), which for a wine aficionado like me, is a bonus. Also, Fedeli's occassionally offers a homemade ricotta cheescake as a dessert special, and it is the best cheescake I have ever had. Fedeli's is not glitz and glamour, but rather a homey family style restaurant. Glitz can easily be found elsewhere, at a higher price, and the food won't be as good. I've recommended Fedeli's to a number of folks over the years, all of whom have become regulars.

We looked for a new place to go for a geat Italian dinner tonight and found it at Fedeli's. The eggplant parm was delicious and the lobster raviloi the best. We even got to meet the mayor of Margate! We will definitely come back. Atmosphere and company was a pleasure. 3 nurses out on a girl's weekend!

So we returned to Fideli's this past wknd with additional friends and again had a great evening. Dan the chef and his lovely wife cooked a fantastic meal. I have to say that besides being a great cook, Dan is also a stand up comedian in a good way...I look forward to returning to AC just so I can eat at Fideli's. Honestly, once you go there you will always go back again. Spread the word this is a hidden gem at Margate City, 15 min drive from the heart of AC. I was there with my gf and another couple. We are from Northern NJ and Queens. We had a very nice meal, Dan the Chef and his lovely wife made us feel right at home. It was great speaking with Dan and listening to him describe the fresh meal he was about to prepare for us. The prices are reasonable, the food delicious and we all left with a smile and full belly. I would definately go back when we come visit AC.

This really Cool a 14 year old gets a menu from this place asks the chef if he can make Gnocchi . Chef say sure. The 14 year old say I mean like Italy with potato the chef looks are him and ask how would you know that kid,,,, says I have eaten there . Kid sits down , chef make pasta the kids way . Kids call over chef and says your really Good this the closet I have eaten since italy. Kid eats and tips the server 5.00 bucks. The place was left with there mouth open , kids say later thanks , and rides off with his bike . funny , very funny ......coolest kid I have seen .

Danny from fedeli Resturant blew my taste buds this weekend. His fresh eggplant special is to die for. It consist of 3 golden pieces of eggplant topped with ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, and mozzarella with a side of linguine in a delicious tomato sauce. Not only the food was so great, the waitress treats u like your part of the family. Thanks dan for the wonderful expirence.

The food is to die for. I traveled from S.C. to margate N.J. to get a plate of fettuccini alfredo. before i finished my dinner i ordered two more plates to go. I reccommend stopping by Fedeli`s if you are ever up this way. If i had to say one thing about the food and the service i would have to say LOVE IT
