Classic?

One of the older restaurants in Wildwood and most popular. Weekend lines to get in. I'm not sure why, other than family tradition. The food is bland and warmed over. Not good at all. No reason to go except your Grandmother tells you it was the place to go when she was a kid.

Great food and Pies! Very excellent service when I called over the phone from Montana to request a Pie for my Dad. Over & Beyond any type of service I have seen. I went there myself in August and again great service. Great Lemon Meringue Pie!

Still The One

It had been quite some time since I ate at Groff's and I still had memories of good times. I kept telling my wife, Denise about how good the food was. Keep in mind that Denise is not easily impressed by many restaurant foods as she has grown up in a predominantly Italian family wherein nothing beat home cooking. Well, Denise was impressed and the 2 of us and the kids all had different items from the menu and we all enjoyed every dish. The best part of the meal was when we left we were satisfied and ready to walk the boardwalk unlike some places that try to kill with quantity instead of quality.
