We ordered online and called to ask a question about the order. The cashier on the phone could not find our order so she put the manager on the phone. The manager could not find our order either, we tried to explain to her that we had a reference number from the email that was sent to us after we placed our order online and we also could see that the money had already been taken out of our bank account, but she would not hear anything we had to say. I asked her if I could just place another order and have the money that was already debited from our account put back in? She told me “I don’t know what to tell you, I have 20 people in the resteraunt and I have 15 deliveries” and hung up on me. I was beyond upset. I emailed the corporate office and have yet to hear back from anyone. 20 minutes later I decided to call back and reorder my food. No sooner after hanging up the phone from reordering our food the second time, there was a delivery man at our door. We had to call and cancel the second order. After he left, I opened the box and they messed my order up. I will NEVER order from this pizza hut again. This is the second time that we have had a problem with them! There will not be a third time!
