This place is TERRIBLE! Went there for Monday Night Football and their $2 bottles/$2 plate of wings special. Myself, my husband, my PREGNANT friend and her husband. Their rule is that you can't have the $2 plate of wings if you're not drinking! UNBELIEVABLE!! What if we had brought a responsible friend to be our designated driver!?! They're reward is having to pay full price for their wings?!?!? They can't allow for one person at your table to not drink? It's almost like they're promoting drinking and driving! We spoke to the manager and he refused to budge! The best part is that her Coke was $2.13 - MORE THAN OUR BEERS!! We'll never go here again!!

Again, not terrible. Unless it's karaoke night. Then, you'll have all you can do to choke the food down. Potions are average, food is average. Standard diner fare. No suprises here. DO NOT GO ON KARAOKE NIGHT. Seriously.

I show up wearing a plain wool ski hat and they tell me I have to take it off. Now, any other hats are ok, including baseball caps on backwards, but not ski caps. Are you kidding me??? This place is overpriced, the staff stinks, and I have yet to see a good crowd. My friends and I no longer go there. I would pass.

I have been going here for years! My husband and I love it! They give you BIG portions of food and it s good! The waitresses are very nice and we have never had bad service or bad food! No problems ever and we have been there a lot!!! So if you are complaining about $2. then you are pretty cheap! Get real lighten up and enjoy yourself stop complaining people!! Have fun!

Alway's good...cant go wrong and a fun place to watch a game. To the first reviewer, uhm you should not wear any hat inside dirtbag.. To the second reviewer I can see how that would upset me also but if you look at it from thier side they are dropping the price so groups come in and by drinks ans full price food. I still think they should of budged somehow , like maybe a free soda or something to make it seem more fair.

I've been at the HC several times - the food is good, the waitresses are always attentive. The prices may be slightly high, but they have no competition in the area. This is a diner attached to a sports bar...if you're looking for table cloths and fine china this isn't the place - but you're in Jersey - this is a quality diner that alos happens to be a great place to watch a game. They even have a live sports radio broadcast on Thursdays - this is great for Phans of the local Philadelphia teams - I think it's WIP 610. Anyway - it's worth it!

my friend goes EVERY Wed, Fri & Sat. & I used to be there, too, before the baby. The food is great, try their fried ravioli for an appetizer, and their drinks & bar are great, also!
