Chicken or the Egg, Beach Haven

GREATEST PLACE ON PLANET EARTH. THEIR WINGS ARE TO DIE FOR. MUST GO HERE AT LEAST ONCE IN YOUR LIFE.

Good menu and food and open 24 hours. Liked better then Fred's or Uncle Will's.

Never fails to satisfy. I have been going there for a few years now pretty frequently, and I can't get enough. Great menu, service is quick and responsive (on wing night I can get my wings within 5 minutes of ordering), and the sauces are out of this world.

A must for breakfast or lunch when you're on LBI. Extensive diner-like menu with a lot of extra signature appetizers and meals. Consistently awesome!!

Can't figure out why the long lines. Must be the cheap prices and all you can eat wing night. You get what you pay for at this place

The "Egg" as it is called by many is an LBI staple and is known by all who live here like me or visit in the summer. It is what it is, decent food for a decent price, it's not fine dining, but still an experience worth a try. You will wait for a table at breakfast, dinner and after hours when the bars let out, BYOB and continue the party as many do. The wings are awesome, try them all, great cheese steaks! you have to try it once

Nice vacation atmosphere and classic American menu including several degrees of hotness for their chicken wings. There's a bit of a wait to sit, and the service is definitely not perfect. But it's a must experience spot when vacationing in the area. We're sure to go back!

The Chicken or the Egg wasn't everything it was hyped up to be, don't get me wrong, it is delicious, just nothing special. Everything really is good, but it is also expensive.

The Chegg is my favorite restaurant and hang out. I'm a local and in the summer the Chegg is the only place that I don't mind waiting for a table. Wednesday wing nights are the most fun (3.00 for a plate of wings... about half the everyday price). The employees are friendly and the food is the best on Long Beach Island.

This eclectic, always happening BYO in downown Beach Haven is always has something going on. During the summer expect to wait for breakfast and dinner, but it is well worth the wait and the dinner's have been getting better every year. Great place to bring the family for a huge reasonably priced meal. Wed. night wing night is a scene in itself with lifeguards and surfers crammed in to eat the best wings in NJ
