Donna's Pizza, Palisades Park

With so many options in this world, why would a small mom and pop shop have such poor business practices? Suspended delivery on Superbowl Sunday? It's crazy. The owner and folks that work there are always cranky but apparently other reviewers think that's what a customer should be subjected to in order to get a good slice of pizza. I don't care how good the pizza is, a poorly run business is a poorly run business. I'm very disappointed in this place. I went from ordering a pizza a week (which they DID deliver to my house that is less than a mile from their store) to no longer ordering from this place. I'm very disappointed in this place.

If you don't think Donna's Pizza of Palisades Park has the best Sicilian Pizza in New Jersey and New York you have no taste buds. I believe it is the best in the USA I been to every major city on the continent and Hawaii and no Sicilian or deep dish pie has come close ! I've also tasted all the greasy speed machine produced Pizza chains, Dominos, Pizza Hut, ect. ect. It is worth the extra 2 bucks and then some.

Best pizza in NJ: An old-fashioned pizzeria that's been around for decades. I've been a fan since I was a young kid. Simply the best pizza around. None of that frozen, pre-made crust. Just a great, simple pizza-and-soda place. Just expect to circle the block a few times for parking if you plan to cruise by on a Friday night.

i have been going to donna's forever. everyone in the area knows it is the place to go when you want a slice. try their sicilian...you won't be let down!

Good pizza, its over priced it still is a good pizzeria

pizza's not that great and it's so overpriced! a large pie w/ one veg topping cost almost $20! Never going there again. Johnny's is so much better and cheaper too!

small town pizzeria with big town taste. try the baked ziti, your italian mother may make the best, but this is the closest substitute i have ever tasted

This pizza has been a family favorite of ours since I was born (1977). My parents used to go to this place long before I was born as well, and the same owners are still there operating a wonderful place. The place has grown in size since I was young and you can now go into a dining room and sit down. Just wonderful food. And, if you're in the area and don't speak English, the menu is also offered in Korean.
