Houston's Restaurant, Hackensack

Awful, the food is wonderful, but the service is awful! Show not respect towards their clients, the waits are over 2 hours. Never going back

I absolutely love Houstons in Hackensack. The food is excellent and you will definitely will not disappointed. The wait time is about 30 minutes or so and I've never been & waited less time, however, I'm telling you its worth the wait. It's a little pricey but when you're getting great food, again, well worth it!

The food is consistently great at Houston's and so is the service. Everyone at the restaurant is knowlegdable about the food, they are very nice and courteous and just on top of things...they really pay attention to their customers. The food is so delicious...my husband and I frequent Houston's in Hackensack about 3 times a month so we've tried pretty much everything on the menu and there's nothing we don't enjoy each and every time...food is always fresh and delicious...and they even manage to avoid one of my pet-peeves - they don't fill your coffee cup to the rim - they leave room for milk or cream!!! WE LOVE HOUSTON'S IN HACKENSACK!!!

The food at this place is so delicious and the staff is wonderful and friendly! They cater to you 100%. I went for Mother's Day with my mom and two sisters and we all raved about the food. The filet mignon was excellent! Good wine, great spinach dip, all around fantastic atmosphere. Only downside is the wait time but you can't blame all those people for wanting to go.

The food is excellent. Especially the ribs, they're so tender they just slide off the bone. The french fries are also one of my favorites. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. Its never loud or overly crowded and the service is great.
