Best Soul Food place in NJ! Food is 5 star + decor is 3star, but it's the hood. Service is always polite. The best thing about the food is that it's always the same. You can expect the same excellent preparation every time you go. The food is good yall!

Johns is the best place I ever been i've been eating there since my children was 2 an 3 years old an they are 16,an 17 know, we even once sat down in there with Queen Latifa an had lunch with her all because my kids mommy there is UNITY and she thought that was the cutest thing , but they have my VOTE all the time . THE FOOD IS GREAT JUST ABOUT EVERYTIME...BUT THE DECOR IS LACKING FOR ANYTHING BUT A MEETING PLACE FOR WORK OR LUNCH WITH A ASSOCIATE NO REAL AMBIANCE...AND THE SERVICE COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER..BUT THE FOOD IS GREAT.....
