I like the food. Pizza, when they are busy, can be overcooked (black on bottom I guess from a dirty oven). Love the baked ziti and chicken parm. For the quantity it is a bargain. Salads are large and with fresh vegetables.
Only down side...The prices are inconsisitent depending on who rings you up. $17.35 for a large 1/2 and 1/2. Wow!
We eat there about every other week. We love their pizza, meatball parm subs, salads and several of their pasta dishes, including the penne vodka, which we have purchased trays of several times for large parties. No, we don't work there, nor do we have any relatives or friends that do.
La Casa is a terrible restaurant. The pizza is terrible and overpriced. There is a reason that it is always so empty in there. All the other reviews on here were probably written by la casa employees - it is inconceivable to me that anyone would actually give la casa 5 stars - the pizza is that bad.
La Casa is a real gem. Hidden in a strip mall, you'd think its just another pizza joint. Instead, a very tasty sauce and great crust make it a step above the greasy pies one gets in other pizza shops. A large menu of options means that everyone can find something they like. Decor is standard pizza place, with the friendly staff in back making things fun.
Parking is via a one way driveway around the strip, so slow down when you approach. They deliver, and we've had them cater a party. There are many pizza places around Westfield, so competition is tough. Besides the pizza places downtown, if you are on this side of Westfield, going to La Casa is a great choice.
La Casa is our favorite for good Italian take-out. While the pizza is our favorite item on the menu, their stromboli's, cheese steaks, and subs are wonderful as well!! We used to live in the Westfield area, but recently moved. We drive over 40 minutes to get La Casa, it's just that good. :)
This cheerful trattoria serves up delicious pizza, using only the best ingredients and fresh buffalo mozzarella. Everything is baked to
order in a wood burning brick oven that is open to the eager eyes of patrons. White faux marble ...
