Theo's is located in the old general store and post office on the Bethlehem town green. They have eat in or carry out pizza but they also serve traditional Italian meals for lunch and dinner. The lunch menu is particularly generous, delicious, and inexpensive. Dinner is equally as good but more expensive. Friendly staff and talented chef.

Exceptional Value

My husband and I have just moved to Bethlehem and are trying out the local restaurants. We went to Theo's for take out the other night and WOW! I ordered the Shrimp, Crab & Broccoli with Garlic and White Sauce, and my husband ordered the Lasagna dinner. The portions were extremely generous, I had dinner and lunch the next day! Our order was prepared quickly, it was ready in about 20 minutes. The 2 meals cost us less than $30 and included garlic bread and salads. The food itself was wonderful! My meal had sumptuous large shrimp and fresh broccoli, and they didn't scimp on the shrimp, there were plenty so I didn't mind sharing with my husband! The lasagna dinner was very cheesy, the sauce tasted homemade. All in all, we were very impressed and intend to go back many times!
