Brazi's Italian Restaurant, New Haven

I love this restaurant. I come from an Italian family, so I rarely go out to eat at Italian restaurants. But this place, everything from the staff, so the ambiance, to the food, it's all good!

It is by far one of the best restaurants in New Haven.

I had reservations about eating here based solely on it's location being behind a gas station, but I am so glad I got over that! I'm a weekly regular and the staff is so friendly and will go out of their way to make you happy. I still haven't found a better vodka sauce! Save room for the profiteroles!

Best Italian restaurant in the area! Their sauce is delicious, and the bread is fantastic! The pizza is also very good. I usaully get the chicken parm, but have tried many items on the menu and never had anything I didn't like.

This restaurant was adequate, and stunningly mediocre. With the incredible variety of restaurants in New Haven, there are far better Italian joints, even at a similar price. The service was courteous, but the best thing about the meal was the large, generous glasses of wine (ca. $6.) Garlic bread, soup, salad, and two different pasta dishes were all incredibly bland. We tried it in part due to price, but our bill for our meal ended up being $47.00. It would have been worth $10 more to have a better meal somewhere else.

The food is excellent ... never had a bad meal. The artichoke appetizer is wonderful! A warm atmosphere and pleasant staff are present. A satisfying meal before a good play at the Long Wharf Theatre you'll find at Brazi's!!!

I love Brazi's!! Great food, great service!!! And cute waiters!! Especially Alex, too bad he is married :( The guy that plays the accordian can be obnoxious at times...that can ruin the atmosphere.

Brazis had great brick oven pizza and great side salad!!! Their service was great and the waiters/tress were really nice.I would definetly go back there again!

We dined there 2/3/06 before going to the Long Wharf Theatre and liked the atmosphere very much. Service was fast and adequate. The food that was being served looked very appetizing. We ordered, and started to relax with a cocktail when two adults sat down with a young child about 3-4 years old who started to play her DVD player at the table that was directly next to us. Then the mother started to talk on her cell phone. There went our relaxing dining experience. We asked the waitress to speak to the manager and we received no response. If we wanted to listen to children and adults with their electronics we would have chosen a fast food restaurant. Needless to say, we were unable to enjoy our dinners with this constant distraction and noise. On our way out we spoke to the owner and asked why they don
