Abate Restaurant, New Haven

By far the best pizza in Connecticut! I live in MASS now and I really miss it!

We have been looking for gluten free pizza that tasted good we have been all over ct we had no luck at all untill a friend told me about abates we loved it taste just as good as regular pizza.Staff is friendly good service would highly recamend.

as usual best pizza broccoli rabe & sausage to die for . keep up the good work ABATE'. great service, great food, great time, luv the place. best kept secret on wooster street.never in 17 years have we been disappointed. thank you

Excellente!! Pizza is equal if not better than all the hype.......This is my 2nd favorite in town w/ my favorite not being on this street and also not Modern.....hmmmmm

MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVES THE CHICKEN FRANCESE'. THEY ARE VERY GENEROUS WITH THE PORTIONS. EVERY DISH YOU ORDER IS GREAT. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WE DINE AT ABATE'S ALMOST EVERY WEEK.

Pepe's/Sally's - you wait if you want but I'll go right down the street and get some great authentic New Haven style pizza. Great crust, sauce and toppings with very fast service...not like up the street.

excellent pizza that has it's own fresh grown veggie's that has very light taste but full body sauce and topping that Always is made with the flavor of the old country, the dough is perfecto thin crushed pizza. a wide varied of add on . the best pizza is in New county. State of conn . try it you won't be disappointed. five stars in my travels i have trsveled 35 states i range it has the best on the east coast little being said about New Haven, Ct Pizza res.
