Fantastic service, great quality, great pricing. I am using them for a weekly business meeting, and could not be more pleased. We use them alot in my department at Yale.

Sweet Relief catered my wedding on 2/14/09, and everything went great. The food was EXCELLENT and so was their service. The pricing is really reasonable. I would highly recommend them

I spoke with someone a couple of weeks ago about having a party, he said he would return my call after talking with his partner. The second day I called back to confirm the date to be held for me and to get a final price. The response I received from Sweet Relief was VERY RUDE. Quote " I didn't say I would get back to you right away, THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU, MAYBE IF I COULD CLONE MYSELF I COULD HAVE RETURNED YOUR CALL SOONER". I apologized for calling him being he was so busy and asked if he would just please confirm that he would save me the date I requested and he said "YES". Then I thought, the way I was spoken to was VERY RUDE and not a way to get business. My event is tonight and I am still waiting for Sweet Relief to return my call but you really don't think I counted on them!!!! Lost my business and will share my experience with my friends and family. Now thinking about this the only reviews are for the month of August and I think they did their reviews of themselves. Well here is a review from a almost customer........ I guess I learned that you should look at reviews over a period of time and reviews for just one month kinda look suspicious to me now. Thank god my 100+ guests were subjected to the rudeness. Got a better price elsewhere so Thank you for never getting back to me!!!!

Great food, execellent service both in the restaurant and catering. Very pleased with the presentation of our catering event. Staff was helpful and very professional. I highly recommend!

I often have lunch at sweet relief cafe where the menu is creative and healthy and the smoothies are just as delicious as ice cream with none of the guilt. I recently used their services to cater a brunch and everything was great. I would reccommend them highly :)

sweet relief has done a number of catering events for the west hartford senior center and recently the coalition on aging.the events have all been well organized, the prices reasonable, the food tasty,staff friendly, and easy to work with.i will continue to use eric and sweet relief in the future.

We had a bbq for my parents' birthdays and did not have the biggest budget. Sweet Relief Cafe was very inexpensive compared to all the quotes I received. They cooked EXACTLY what I wanted for our bbq, and left our bbq grill cleaner than when they started. Eric (the catering director) was awesome! He was actually the person that showed up and cooked the food. Everyone loved it! We even had leftovers the next day! Thanks alot! Highly recommended!

A great group of people to do business with. Sweet Relief has been my number one choice for over two years to cater my business lunches, site visits, workshops, retreats, and special occasions. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is above excellent. They are very accommodating to your needs and their delivery and set-up are a plus. I especially recommend their gourmet sandwiches and wraps. Also, ask for their Cesar salad with their home made Cesar dressing. You will save it to dip veggies in later as there is nothing like it.
