When I called to tell them that their sweet shrimp was bad because it had mad me feel sick almost immediately, then lead to a day of throwing up and bed rest Mr. Haya told me that I must be allergic to shrimp (which I am Not!).
Since I work close to Haya I would order lunch to go almost every day of the week. One day I decided to place an order for a few more people that work in my office, so when I went to pick up the order, the amount of my bill seemed to be higher than it should have been. Without telling me over the phone when I placed the order they charged me a 20% service charge since I had 5 orders to go. I got back to my office and the food spilled out all over the floor because they squeezed all five containers into one bag. I called Haya to express my disatisfaction and they wanted no part of listening to me.
It seemed as though the white waiter didn't want us there. He made us wait half an hour to tell us that they had no paper for the credit card machine. So we ended up paying in cash. Later, i found out that they had charged my credit card as well and said nothing. They then asked if we wanted store credit after calling them three times. Hello of course NOT!!! So, we were forced to drive all the way back there to get our money back with no apologies. The food was very salty and the sushi was very sloppy. The rice was extremely mushy. Never again will I ever go there and i will ensure my friends don't either.
