Really Good Korean and Average Sushi
I have to admit that my exposure to Korean food is limited at best. Having said that, my introduction at Ichiban Restaurant was really pleasant. I would absolutely butcher the name of the dish I had if I tried, suffice it to say that it was a big Korean salad, prepared tableside (because the waiter was clued in enough to realize I didn't know what I was doing), with a fried egg on top. The dish came with at least eight or nine little accoutrements: bean sprouts, different sauces, kimchee cabbage, and more. It was extremely tasty.
I have tried Ichiban's sushi before and have had a mixed feeling the couple of times I've had it. If you like Korean though, or haven't tried it, have a little Ichiban.
