Miss Lyndonville Diner, Lyndonville

Food is average at best. Restaurant is run down, old and too many tables for the space. Bathrooms are old and dirty.

Visiting Lyndonville for the first time and had breakfast at the diner on Saturday morning in September. It was so good we went back on Sunday. Usually we'll try something different the second day. Busy both days, but a short wait for a table, and the service was excellent.

I was brought their by a couple of friends from derby vermont.......THis is five star service and food....

My husband and I went here on a Saturday afternoon because pretty much everything else in Lyndon and East Burke was closed. If we had not been so low on options, we would have left. The staff was not welcoming at all...they were too rushed to even notice us. Our water glasses were old and unattractive and the water smelled horrible, so that was an immediate turn-off. The menu was full of unhealthy options, which was a surprise after eating so many healthful meals in the NEK. The food itself was pretty standard for a diner...nothing authentically Vermont, which was another let down. Also, my husband didn't like that the staff wore nurses smocks as their uniforms. He said it freaked him out a little. Basically, we ate our food and got the heck out of there. ...A forgettable experience at best.

Not much in the way of anythign but good food when it comes to lunch and dinner...breakfast is the best though. I like this place more then some of the others people rave about (moody's for example in Maine) The triple decker breakfast sandwich is one of the best breakfasts ever. Prices are good enough college students (I was one) go to the place often for the big portions at a decent price. The only time it is not great is when all the out of state ski people stop in and make the wait long. Lie I said though the breakfast is the way it should be moderately greese filled, huge portion, and a great price check it out if you are there...then at night hit up the packing house.

Love the diner! Homemade food, good prices and you rarely wait longer than 5 minutes for your food. Great staff too!

Food cold , Service Rushed, In a hurry to close. We did not enjoy our food and they sweep and vacuum around us ..

I was telling anyone about this place they have very good food. you get alot of food for the price nice family place to eat. everytime i go i can never finish what they give me.

i have been to the diner numerous times over the years and never came out of there unhappy.the service is fantastic,the wait has never been more than 10 minutes on a busy night.as for breakfast...thatsto die for,never a bad meal.

absolutly discusting! a dirty little hole in the wall is what it is! as a vegetarian, i found the food low quality and the resturaunt very dirty.
