Fooled by the 'best breakfast in Stowe' and 'locals favorite' advertising I tried this place an few times and let me tell you it is neither. I ordered a western omelet and got a round 'formed' egg thing with a few semi raw vegetables tossed on top. It was literally the worst 'omelet' that I've ever had. In fact I can even call it an omelet. I've had better eggs out of a microwave. The house special hash was mushy and almost unedible. I would never bother with this place again. Stowe is generally pretty bad with regard to breakfast places and this is the prime example. The best breakfast I've had in Stowe was at the Gables and I would try there first if you're looking for breakfast around here.
Just your typical run of the mill diner. I've made better pancakes at home. Was hoping to have a good maple-syrup-filled breakfast and all I got was a small single-serving container of the stuff. Not at all what I expected. The good side, it's a good cheap meal, hard to find in Stowe.
