Marsala Salsa, Waterbury

This is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. I ordered Vindaloo Vegetables, a dish I have prepared at home. It tasted like it was spiced with mexican chiles not Indian Spices . The vegetables were washed out as if boiled, a bit colorless too. The chilipowder was so overdone (too much, too hot, the only flavor) that it burned my throat, as well as my friends. After ten minutes of arm waving, trying to get the waitresses attention, I brought my dish up and said it was too hot to consume., could I get something else. She said no, it says on the menu that it is hot. After repeating that I could not eat it she said I'd have to pay for it because I'd eaten some! When I said I would not pay for this, she said she'd call the cops... What a nightmare.
