New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier

There are really three restaurants here: The Main Street Grill, on street level, which serves excellent food at affordable prices; the Chef's Table, which is upstairs and offers delectable fine dining in a delightful atmosphere. The Bar is below the Grill, and offers a pub-type menu, along with live music from amazing performers every Tuesday night. The food has great variety and is always very attractive. Another favorite of mine is the Sunday Brunch: this is seriously excellent food with awesome presentation! These folks know how to teach aspiring culinary artists! The only thing I could wish for is to bring back the musicians during Sunday Brunch-that would be perfect!
