The takeout container lid melted, leaving a large hole in the center of the lid where the plastic melted into my hot food. Not only is this a serious health code violation, the Lucky Wok use of substandard containers clearly not intended for the transportation&storage of hot takeout foods, demonstrates reckless disregard for the very health and safety of thier customer. When I called to resolve my concern one to one I was told there wasn't a Manager in the restaurant&they said they were busy before hanging up on me. I called back asking for anyone in charge&stated I didn't appreciate being Hung up on&without saying a word they Hung up on me again. Lucky Wok clearly has extremely poor customer service being both rude&disrespectful, while clearly unconcerned with resolving customer concerns. I would NOT recommend this establishment and plan on contacting the health department.
for the price its pretty decent, i absolutely love their steamed dumplings. but if i do have the chance to go outside of town, id honestly recommend in williston a place i believe its called Sushi Do or Sakura Bana in the shopping complex next to ramunto's (not chinese, its japanese but definitely worth changing cuisines)
While I do like their affordable dinner for... options, it's not worth the savings. Their wonton soup seems to be no more than bright yellow water with bland wontons thrown in. Plus, the restaurant has had several poor, almost failing, scores from the health/food inspectors. I won't return.
