I used to work at the Lincoln Inn before they sold it to the new owners! One thing I have to say is that the old owners weren't the best either but the were a lot better in running this place than the new ones! I heard that it was closing down and honeslty I wouldn't be suprised. If you are coming to Essex Jct. and want a place to eat I would suggest going elsewhere. I have eaten there too since it got bought by the new owners and it is no were as good as it used to be! It's sad!
Sign on the door says open yet it's closed. This has happened 5 times. If you want to find the town drunks, this is the place as the bar, which smells like it has not been cleaned in years seems to be always open. Talked to a few friends who have managed to catch them open and the new owners have destroyed the place. Terrible , terrible food! I will not go back.
The food is tolerable, but I have driven by there twice in the last year when they were 'supposed' to be open and yet their doors were closed. I have also tried to call during their open hours and no one has answered. Weird. Not a reliable place to eat if you ask me.
locals have been enjoying greek food here since I was a kid, but that's not what's kept the wife and me coming back these last 4 years. IT'S THE MUSIC. Great local bands that the manager pays well, keeps them coming back.It keeps the patrons coming back too---come early for the best tables. socks+Mrs. socks [see ya on the dance floor]
