Loud, considering the many rooms; expensive for Vermont; more like Manhattan prices. Food is imaginative.

Always awesome. Scallion pancakes rock. Love the mock eel, sesame chicken, and any special. I hope to try the chef's tasing menu next.

Very good, I dont like that they dont wait fr you to finish appetizers to bring the food. The quality is good and the amount is plentyfull, the thai soup was very good, the duck just good, the lemon chicken very average and the beef was very good, we also asked for a chicken fried rice and it was very good. The restaurant is good if you eat in other cities and very good for Burlington, but I expected more from all the comments of the locals.

If you are dining as a group, this would be a good place to go. It is "authentic" only because sharing of food is encouraged. Other than that, it is really more fusion cuisine. The food and service are good but not excellent or outstanding. There are some gems in the menu such as the Mock Eel and the Tangerine Peel Chicken.

Hands down the best Chicken Lo Mein I've ever had. I'm up here on business and followed the recommendations of the hotel staff and stopped here for lunch. I will definately be returning.

I was terribly unimpressed. As is customary for Chinese food, my party of six shared all plates. I found NONE to be better than China Express's poultry renditions of Chinese flavored American foods. Things were over fried, the meats were nothing different from order-out Chinese places. Not one good thing could be said outside of the dumplings, but I'm a sucker for dumplings.

I love the family style serving at Single Pebble... the bigger your group, the better... if everyone orders a couple of dishes you will be more then full when you leave and also get to experience a little bit of all the different menu items... definately worth checking out, the food is wonderful!

I had several people tell me to try The Single Pebble when I get to Bulington. We ate everywhere but there. On the last night, we passed it on the way back to the hotel. We ducked in to find a waiting list but took two seats at the bar. We both ordered something different and were very glad we did. It was definitely not what I expected from an Asian restaurant. The flavors were so powerful yet finished so light. Will visit again.
