I've been to alot of Mikey D's accross the county in my time and this is BY FAR the worst one ever!!! Service is horrible, staff is awful. It took me 35 mins to get a plain old cheeseburger, mainly due to the staff chatting amongst themselves. I know McDonalds prides itself on good customer service and if I were McDonalds headquarters, I'd get into this one and train your folks
i slipped in your rest room hurting my back because of poor cleaning on sunday nov 6th at aprox 9:11 am.. i spoke to the staff and they seemed to think it was a joke we now we'll see if it's funny you employ to many kids who don't care .. i will be seeking legal help if you can't respond and correct this problem.. sincerly richard l james
Poor skills in reference to filling orders for drive thru business. Also, when going back to get order corrected, these employees including lower level managers,clearly lack customer service skills. Unsure why there is a need to make the customer feel uncomfortable when the customer asks for correct order. The orders should be filled out correctly first time around. We now prefer burger king.
