Soup for You, Farmington

I don't care what the owner is like! She hires people with impecable service, and the food is top-notch. I'm a total Soup For You addict, and make a point to eat there at least once a week. It's something when your 4-year-old would rather eat there than at McDonald's!!!

Fair at best but when there are so few choices for good food in Farmington you take what you can get. Anyone can make a sandwich and anyone can make soup. It is OK food but it is nothing special.

I've also heard very bad things about how the owner of the restaurant treats employees and customers. Not to mention I completely agree with the rumor of her only hiring females. It took me 2 months to hear back with a college degree! (well I'm just glad I found a better job and didn't have to be fired like everyone else)

The Soup here is excellent. Haven't tried the sandwiches- I feel overwhelmed just looking at that sandwich board. I so wish they would redecorate.The dining room really does need a new look.

While Soup For You may have delicious food; I have decided to entirely boycott them. Basically- long story short- the owner of this business had my husband’s car towed yesterday because it was partially in her spot (mind you with snow all through the parking lot it is impossible to see where the lines are). My husband works next door in a business in the same building. The owner of Soup For You does not even own the building. We live an hour away from my husband’s place of employment. By the time he was able to sort out what had occurred, it was almost 8pm. I then had to take my two young daughters on a 2 hour trip to pick my husband up and bring him home on a school night. On top of all this the towing fee will be double the cost of gas plus his earnings for the day. I’d like to thank the owner of Soup For You for helping me realize the true spirit of the holidays by providing an example of how exactly the opposite one should behave as a compassionate human being.
