Take in the soothing ocean view while dining on a variety of fresh seafood, lobster, and prime rib prepared by an award-winning chef. Inside and outside dining is available at this harborside restaurant that is quintessentially Maine and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Delicious and imaginative variety of menu items that the chef does not mind catering to your personal taste. The owners were delightful and full of their tales of starting a business in an unheated boathouse 30 years ago to a beautiful building on the harbor in Camden. The view of the boats sailing in and out of the harbor is mesmerizing and the food was delicious not to mention the margarita that the bartender made for us twice. It is worth the the time to find on the backstreets of Camden hidden on Bayview street. After dinner we went for a walk to the nearby local shops ans it was a great way for us to spend the day or evening.
Just the place that We were looking for. Great food and service, wonderful views of the harbor, and an extremely varied menu fairly priced. We found them on their web site which gives a fair indication of the restaurant.
Great lunch spot out on the deck. The constant movement of schooners and yachts provides great entertainment. Food is OK (get the bucket of muscles in wine and buter) but its the ambiance that makes it well worth the visit.
Always busy so go early to get a good seat.
a place the locals go repeatedly for a nice dinner

The waterfront has a very relaxed pleasant atmosphere, and a menu with a wide range of choices at reasonable prices. In the winter, the fireplace in the bar area is cozy. In the summer the view of the water is always enjoyable. It gets much busier in the summer, but in our experience the service has been good, and the dinners consistently well prepared. The salads are huge, so best shared with your dinner partner or partners.
Bad food, worse service. Location is good, but bad food and worse service overshadow everything else. One of the owners (curly hair) is rude in the extreme. Do not go there unless you wish to waste your money and be insulted.
